He holds a PhD degree in Computer Science – Management of Complex Systems – from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Education and Society also from UFRJ, an MBA in Marketing from the Institute for Graduate Studies and Research in Administration, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (COPPEAD). He graduated as a statistician at the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE), in Brazil.
He has experience in the fields of Innovation, Design Thinking, Team Management, Market Research and Segmentation, Marketing Intelligence, Digital Media, Marketing Metrics, Analytics and Data Management. He also worked extensively with Quantitative and Qualitative Statistics, Big Data, Data Science and CRM as well as Feedback Systems.
